In Game Rules

• Cheating/Third Party Software: Cheating and the use of third party software in any capacity is strictly forbidden. This includes any software that allows you to automate your character. Multiboxing is allowed, see the Multiboxing rule for further info.
• Griefing: Griefing the community hubs will be punished; these include but are not limited too - malls, level road, questing hubs.
• Exploitation: No exploiting server features to alter your game play or give yourself benefits, will be tolerated. If you find an exploit it is your duty to report it.
• Account Sharing: If you share your account info, you're forfitting your right to recieve proper custom support. Remember your account is YOUR responsibility, not ours. Please do not share account info.
• Arena/Honor Farming: Is strictly forbidden. Any form of Arena, Honor, or Win-Trading will lead to a permanent ban, with no chance of appealing.
• Multiboxing: This is allowed only in PvE and open world PvP. This is forbidden in any BG or Arena.

Community Rules

• Be Respectful: Treat all members with respect and courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
• English Only: Please communicate primarily in English in the community channels to ensure inclusivity and effective moderation.
• No Advertising: Do not promote external servers, communities, or website without prior permission.
• Staff Decisions: Accept and respect the decisions made by server staff. Disputes or concerns can be addressed through the proper channels.
• Privacy: Refrain from sharing personal information about others, and any personal information you share about yourself you do at your own risk.
• Spam/Flooding: Any form of spam or flooding in-game or on discord will result in warnings, if ignored can lead to being banned.

Discord Rules

• Voice Channel Etiquette: Be mindful of others while using voice communication, and avoid excessive background noise and disruptions.
• Appropiate Channels: Use the designated channels for specific topics and avoid off-topic discussions, this allows the community to stay organised. If you think there is a channel that you require, add it into the suggestions forum.

Store/Donation Rules

• No Refunds: We will not do refunds. When you make a purchase in-game on certain items you will be able to refund them within a 2 hour game window. You can find this Refund NPC in the mall. Once the two hours is up, the item you purchased WILL NOT be refundable anymore.
• No Trades/Exchange: We will not trade or exchange another item purchased in-game. Be sure you read carefully all of the item's tooltip and description before you make a purchase!
