Throughout your adventures in Felskorn, any piece of gear you obtain from quests or loot has a small chance to Awaken.
When an item awakens, it becomes a more powerful version of itself giving it improved stats and, more importantly, the potential to grow even further.
Awakened Gear
An awakened item isn't just a lucky drop. It's the beginning of an investment. Once awakened, an item can be upgraded four additional times, with each upgrade making it stronger than the last.
Every upgrade pushes the item's stats higher, allowing you to take a piece of gear that might normally be overlooked and turn it into something worth keeping.
Make Your Gear Your Own
Found an item you really like, but it's not quite strong enough for end-game? Instead of constantly replacing everything you find, the Awakening System gives you the opportunity to invest in the gear you enjoy using and gradually turn it into a powerful piece of your character's progression.
