Felskorn Update

Felskorn is taking a different direction.

I'm still not sure if I'll continue development long-term, but I want to try something that's much less tedious than building a fully or semi-custom server. So, at least for now, Felskorn is here to stay.

 

The new direction is a mostly Blizzlike Vanilla server with custom features that enhance the game without completely changing its identity. We're aiming for August relaunch!

 

Current Features

  • Level 60 Cap
  • Vanilla Content Only – Currently limited to Vanilla content.
  • Random Enchants (800 Common, 96 Unique) – Every item you loot receives a random enchant tailored to your class, role, and item type.
  • Cross-Faction
  • Role Selection – Choose Tank, DPS, or Healer to increase the chance of receiving role-specific loot and enchants.
  • Transmog – Transmog any item you've earned, regardless of armor or weapon type.
  • Instant Flight Paths
  • Death Knights – Slightly nerfed to better fit Vanilla progression.
  • Account Leveling – Earn a stat point every account level and unlock powerful passive bonuses.
  • AoE Loot – Loot all nearby corpses within 20 yards.
  • Class QoL Changes – Longer buffs, improved scaling, rebalanced abilities, Attack Power scaling for melee abilities, and more.
  • Solo & Co-op Friendly – Receive a scaling buff in dungeons based on missing party members.
  • All Items Tradable – All Bind on Pickup restrictions removed from Uncommon, Rare, and Epic items.
  • Account-Wide Progress – Achievements, gold, mounts, companions, and titles are shared across your account.
  • Played Time Rewards – Earn rewards during your first 24 hours of playtime.
  • Corruption Powers – Unlock powerful class-specific passive abilities.
  • Gear Awakening – Every looted item has a chance to Awaken, increasing its stats by 2%. (Over 6,800 items supported!)

  • Awakening Upgrades – Upgrade Awakened items up to four additional times.
  • Upgradeable Tier Sets – Upgrade Tier 1 sets into Tier 2 using materials earned from dungeons and raids.
  • Spell Tomes – Learn new abilities, including custom and rebalanced level 60+ spells.
  • Daily & Weekly Quests – Complete rotating objectives to earn materials for upgrading Awakened gear.
